this summer has been a major success. i've gone out of town almost every weekend so far without really realizing it. a couple of them were last minute trips so there's hope that i can keep it up for the rest of the summer. i spent this past weekend in san francisco with scott's family.

vanilla ice cream + hot fudge + melted peanut butter + whipped cream
+ chopped almonds + cherry on top = me passed out cold on the floor.
the san francisco elements do nothing good or fun to my hair.
i love how cute/dumb/hilarious these brothers are together. i'm actually legitimately obsessed with the entire stevens family. and i'm not ashamed of how creepy that sounds.

i've heard scott looked exactly like this when he was little.
my friend shane has a cool job at the oakland temple. he lives in an adorable little house and neighborhood and walks to work and basically i'm super jealous of the whole situation.
he gave us a tour of the temple grounds and it was fun catching up with him for a while before we had to head home. love this group of people.

I saw walk the moon on weds and then hung out with later that night. They played the Billabong event. They are a great band and great guys.
