I've been emotionally invested in this relationship from the beginning and I can't quite put my finger on the reason. Obviously it's mostly because these are two really great people with hearts of gold. But I think another reason has something to do with the fact that their story is pure romance. They found each other a little bit later in life after suffering heartache from previous relationships and everyone they love was just as excited as they were for their union and made an effort to come and celebrate with them. It's everything I dream of having one day! It was a beautiful reception and such a fun night.

It was a short trip but so, so worth it.
